Great Northern Hotel records
The Great Northern Hotel was constructed, in Malta, Montana, in 1904 by Max Sklower, who operated the hotel until his death in 1915. Records include a financial ledger (January 1904-May 1906), and a hotel register (February 24, July 27, 1904).
Greenfield Family papers
Charles Greefield was a Helena, Montana, journalist. This collection (1807-1975) consists of personal, business, and political materials of the Greenfield family. Subgroups include papers for Charles D. Greenfield, Jr., Marguerite Greenfield, Charles D. Greenfield, Sr., Anna Elizabeth Nelson Greenfield, and Marietta McBrine Greenfield.
Greenhood, Bohm and Company records
This collection contains the records of Greenhood, Bohm and Company, including correspondence (1876-1891), daybooks (1880-1890), cash books, journals, ledgers, freighting records, and legal documents. The Helena-based firm wholesaled clothing and liquor throughout southwestern Montana. There are also some records of William Muth's receivership of the company (1892-1893) in a separate subgroup.

C. W. Gross was a Helena, Montana, oil industry developer and employee of several state regulatory agencies. Records (1920-1947) include reports, correspondence, and miscellany regarding the Nashua Oil and Gas Company, the historical development of the oil industry in Montana during the 1920s, and Gross' personal interest in the industry.
Idora Z. Smith Guthrie diaries
This collection consists of diaries (1877-1937) kept by Idora Guthrie describing her daily life, family, activities, teaching career, mining and homesteading experiences, sales career, etc. Also included are two unidentified diaries (1871-1872), and miscellaneous clippings.

This collection contains eleven financial volumes (1872-1880) and a few miscellaneous financial statements (1875 or 1876) for Hamilton and McCranor, a Sheridan, Montana Territory, general mercantile store, and for its predecessor Hamilton and Sweet. Hamilton Woman's Club records
The Mothers Club of Hamilton, Montana, was organized in 1911, and renamed the Hamilton Woman's Club in 1913. The organization functions as a civic and social club that donates money and goods to the library, the needy, students, etc; improves local parks; and presents programs on travel, social, and political topics. The collection (1913-1989) includes incoming correspondence, financial records, organizational records, minutes, miscellany, and clippings.
