Burton Kendall Wheeler (1882-1975) was a United States Senator from Montana who served from 1923 until 1946. This collection includes photographs of Wheeler, as well as his wife and children, but it primarily contains photographs taken of Wheeler's political and senatorial activities.
William Fletcher Wheeler papers
William Wheeler (1824-1894) served as U.S. Marshal and as Montana Historical Society Librarian in Helena, Montana. Papers consist of outgoing correspondence (1859-1860, 1869-1871), including discussion of problems of Montana Territorial law enforcement; and biographical writings on Montana pioneers. White Sulphur Springs Hotel records
The White Sulphur Springs Hotel was built in 1884 near the hot springs at White Sulphur Springs, Montana. For many years it was operated by the White Sulphur Springs Association. Records consist of an petty ledger (1896-1900) and a general ledger (1893-1900).

This collection contains letters written by Willard "Bill" J. Huber to his wife, Cecelia, while he worked as a travelling salt saleman in Montana. There are also some letters written by Cecelia to her mother. The dates range from 1928 to 1956 with the majority of letters written between 1939 and 1942.
William F. Patterson papers
This collection (1909-1911) is composed primarily of correspondence from the wholesale grocer, Stone-Ordean-Wells Co., to their Montana-based sales representative, William F. Patterson. The correspondence mainly discusses the shipping of assorted goods, purchase orders, stock levels, receipts/invoices of goods, customers, and other business matters. Also included are some miscellaneous financial records.
