Biographical / Historical
Conrad and Muth of Marysville, Montana Territory, was started in 1879 by Joseph P. Conrad and William Muth. In 1883 E.W. Bach joined the firm. In April 1886, William Muth retired from the mercantile business to set up a real estate company in Helena and Bach, Cory and Company bought his Helena, Gloster, and Marysville businesses.
