Kennedy, company secretary in Butte; correspondence with stockholders (1916-1920) about possible sale of company property; correspondence (1917) with prospective buyers; and general correspondence (1902, 1914-1938). In addition there are financial records (1899-1927); legal documents (1887-1915) consisting of an abstract of title to a lot in Butte and deeds to mining claims in Marysville; and organizational records (1889-1926) consisting of articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes, stock certificates, and stock ledger, and other items.
