These records include general correspondence (1936-1980) of the Chamber; interoffice correspondence (1969-1984) among the members of the board of directors, executive committee, etc.; financial reports and budgets (1940-1978); minutes (1937-1984) of the board of directors and the executive committee; organizational materials; printed materials; reports (1938-1982); miscellany; and clippings. The miscellany series includes materials compiled by the Chamber in 1967 and submitted to the Chamber of Commerce of the United States seeking accreditation. These materials were organized into exhibits to answer the multi-part questionnaire required for accreditation and present information concerning the Chamber's organization and operation. Other materials in the miscellany series include resolutions passed by the Chamber and information received concerning various projects being considered by the city.
