Mueller Family papers (circa 1900-2013). Collection includes correspondence, employment records, financial records, legal documents, membership records, printed material, clippings, and a large amount of subject files focusing on regional history. Records created or collection predominantly by Oscar and two of his sons, George and Glenn. Also included are correspondence Oscar's wife Josephine and her brother, Charles Cook. Letters to and from Josephine and Charles' father, CW Cook, are also included. Papers reflect professional and personal interactions related to industries such as mining, ranching, law, forest management, medicine, regional history. Photographs in collection will be transferred to photo archives. To Photo Archives: Approximately, 9 linear feet of photographic prints, slides, albums, and negatives from the 1860s to 1990s. Materials include many formal portraits of Cook and Mueller family members and friends as well as snaps of vacations, Oscar Mueller’s family home in Iowa, the Cook family ranch in White Sulphur Springs, and the Mueller home in Lewistown.
