Abstract

These records consists of reports generated during the construction of various Federal Highway Administration Forest Highways Projects in Montana. Reports consist of financial records, correspondence, photographs, maps, and engineering drawings.

Content Description 15 black and white photographic prints with views of Earthquake Lake (Quake Lake), one before and the rest after the Hebgen Lake Earthquake of 1959. The first photograph shows a fisherman on the Madison River with a mountain in the background before the earthquake, taken by the Montana Power Company.
