The Helena Produce and Commission Company was a wholesale dealer in grain, potatoes, flour, feed, butter, and eggs located in Helena, Montana. Records (1887-1891) consist of letterpress volumes of outgoing correspondence, an invoice book, journals, a ledger, and a receiving book.

James S. Dunn and Company was a commission merchant house in Helena, Montana Territory, handling fish, game, poultry, fruits, and produce. The store also operated under the name of Thomas C. Patrick and Company (prior to February 1888) and Jackson, Dunn and Company (from February to November 1888). Collection (1887-1889) includes correspondence; financial records, including ledgers, invoices, cash books, day books; legal documents; and miscellany.

Power (1829-1923) came to Montana Territory in 1866 and established a successful mercantile and transportation network in and around Fort Benton serving miners, military posts, Indian tribes of the region, and local residents. Abstract The Reinig Company, a Helena, Montana, coffee store and general grocery, was founded by Michael Reinig, a Bavarian emigre in 1865. Reinig also owned a stable, boarding house, and a saloon.
