Abstract Dorothy Norene Eck (1924-2017) was a 1972 Constitutional Convention delegate from Gallatin County, Montana. Eck served on the Bill of Rights Committee and worked on “right to know” and “right to participate.” During the late 1970s, she served as the State-Local coordinator—the first woman in Montana to be appointed to high office.
