The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan political organization. Records (1921-1989) of the Montana branch include general correspondence arranged by president; financial records; minutes; organizational materials; reports to the national office; subject files; miscellany; and clippings. There are also records for local branches of the League around the state.

The Montana Chamber of Commerce was founded as Montanans, Inc. in 1931 to promote business and professional interests and industrial development. The name was changed in 1946.
