League of Women Voters of Montana records
The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan political organization. Records (1921-1989) of the Montana branch include general correspondence arranged by president; financial records; minutes; organizational materials; reports to the national office; subject files; miscellany; and clippings. There are also records for local branches of the League around the state.

Montana Constitutional Convention (1972) Records
These Montana Constitutional Convention records (1971-1972) consist of correspondence, minutes and proceedings, delegate proposals, reports, resolutions, subject files, writings, and news releases. Artifacts, photographs, and printed material have been transferred to the Museum, Photograph Archives, and Library respectively. Reel-to-reel tapes were deaccessioned and destroyed.

The Montana Constitutional Convention Commission was established to prepare for the 1972 Constitutional Convention. Records (1972) consist of correspondence, minutes, reports, subject files, speeches, news releases, and biographical data on commission members.
Montana Secretary of State records
This collection consists mainly of records produced by the office of the Montana Secretary of State. Materials include inactive business license records, correspondence, financial records, oaths of office, and reports and minutes from other Montana state commissions.
