Abstract
This collection (bulk dates 1966-1988) pertains to Conwell “Con” F. Robinson’s legal case regarding his request to remain on his family’s property in Glacier National Park after it was condemned by the U.S. Government in 1967. It includes general correspondence (most of which was created by Robinson’s attorneys, Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry, & Hoven, P.C.), legal documents, and subject files.

Abstract
The Montana Homesteading project was initiated by the Montana Historical Society in cooperation with the Homestead National Monument of America in 2004 as a means to document family stories relating to homesteading experiences in Montana.
