Montana Educational Broadcasting Commission Records
Prior to the establishment of the Educational Broadcasting Commission in 1974, the Montana Superintendent of Public Instruction's office was involved in numerous efforts to obtain educational television for Montana. These records (1959-1977) document those efforts and those of the Commission. They include general correspondence; legal documents; reports; speeches and writings; subject files; miscellany; and clippings.
Montana Era Ratification Council / Montana Equal Rights Council records
The Montana ERA Ratification Council was formed to push for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment to the United States Constitution.
