This collection is comprised of materials created and collected by Stan Lynde, Helena resident, cartoonist, and writer. Series include biographical material; correspondence (1971-1991), including fan mail; printed material (1969-2008), much of which concerns advertising for his publishing company, Cottonwood Publishing; subject files (1972-2011); writings (1996-2008), including drafts of several of Mr. Lynde's Western novels; miscellany (1951-2012), clippings, and multi-media.
