William Mackay interview November 1, 1990. Transcript of video oral history interview with William Mackay interviewed by Sue Near, Montana Historical Society Museum Program Administrator in the Mackay Gallary at the MHS. Mr. Mackay discusses how his family came to Montana at the turn of the 20th century. Their relationship with the artist Charlie Russell and his wife Nancy, how his family came to ammass a number of Russell's pieces, and stories behind some of the pieces. The whereabouts of the original video is unknown.
