In this interview John Ellingsen discusses in further detail the motion pictures that were filmed in Virginia City and Nevada City in the 1970s and 1980s including "South by Northwest" a film about Blacks in the West; Montana State University student films; "The West of the Imagination"; "Unsolved Mysteries" episode concerning Plummer's Gold; "A thousand Pieces of Gold" concerning Chinese in the west; "The Return to Lonesome Dove"; "Nobody's Girl"; "Number's Alive"; "Restore America" with Bob Villa; and "Vigilantes" for the History Channel.
