Collection contains 2 journals and one financial book related to the Milk River water renavigation project on the Blackfoot Indian Reseravation which included the St. Mary's Project. Journals include extensive details surrounding multiple aspects of the projects. Financial book "Account Number Classification Book" includes coding for the expenses related to the Milk River Project and St. Mary Project. A third journal is included which Babb created while working on the Blowing Rocks Project in North Carolina during the 1920s. A folder containing some geneaological information on the Babb family, including Cyrus Cates Babb's career background is also included. (SC 2667).
