Subject Files, Writings, Published Reports, and Publications focused on the water rights and wildlife management of the Columbia River Basin and Pacific Northwest. Included in the files are documents created and related to the Montana Environmental Quality Council; New School for Social Research; Center for the Public Interest; staffs of US Senators and US House of Representatives; Northwest Power Planning Council; National Marine Fisheries Service Habitat Division, and the Portland Harbor Superfund. Also included are publications from the 1972 Montana Constitutional Convention.

Collection is in unprocessed state. Papers were foldered, labeled, and organized by donor. Preliminary inventory can be located at the front of box 1.
