Included in the files are documents created and related to the Montana Environmental Quality Council; New School for Social Research; Center for the Public Interest; staffs of US Senators and US House of Representatives; Northwest Power Planning Council; National Marine Fisheries Service Habitat Division, and the Portland Harbor Superfund. Also included are publications from the 1972 Montana Constitutional Convention.
