Content Description
One black cloth photograph album with 98 black paper pages containing 198 black and white photographic prints. The album likely belonged to a member of the crew that built the Volta Dam (now Ryan Dam) on the Missouri River and the photographs document several construction projects as well as family activities. Includes views of construction of the Volta Dam (now Ryan Dam) on the Great Falls of the Missouri River and its powerhouse, as well as views of the Thompson Falls Dam and powerhouse. Also includes views of a camp at Wolf Creek, Montana near Great Falls and a substation at Marysville, Montana. Various views of family and friends of the album's creator in Los Angeles, California.
