It includes many photographs of his family, including his mother, Agnes Kidd Andersen, his father, Jens Andersen, as well as the Jespersen family of Buffalo, North Dakota who employed Jens Andersen at their "Good Hope Farm." Agnes Kidd emigrated from Ireland in 1909 and Jens Andersen emigrated from Denmark in 1895; the couple married in 1914 and homesteaded in Havre, Montana where Andrew was born in 1915.
