This collection consists of a speech delivered by Mayor Donald Bradford to the city council in 1890. The speech discusses improving the city, particularly city streets. It also contains some correspondence of Mayor David Lewis during the 1970s. Mayor Kathleen Ramey records (1977-1979) incoming correspondence to Kathleen Ramey in her capacity as Mayor of Helena, MT as well as one short speech concerning the importance of providing social services, in particular for those with disabilities.
