The collection mainly consists of House Committee minutes of State Boards and Officers; House and Senate bills; House and Senate resolution regarding the proposal for and opposition to the calling of a conference to consider ways and means of meeting the unprecedented crisis in all the states affairs; and Joint resolutions and memorials from the Regular and Extraordinary Sessions. The collection also includes the minutes from the Extraordinary Session of the Select Committee to Investigate Repairs and Improvements on the State Capitol Buildings and Grounds, and the Special Committee to Investigate the State Board of Examiners.
