Council Members (1981-1997): Including brief bios, correspondence, and photos of council members.

Subject Files (1969-1997): Including topics on the Department of Education, council membership, committees, the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), public hearings, the American Vocational Association (AVA), the Board of Public Education (BPE), the Board of Regents (BoR), the Job Training Coordinating Council (JTCC), and the National Association of State Councils on Vocational Education (NASCOVE).
