General correspondence (1897-1906) includes letters from the companies providing equipment for the plant, including the Pelton Water Wheel Company, the Montana Electric Company, and Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company. Other records include minor financial materials; a deed (1899) transferring the property from the Flint Creek Electric Power Company to the Montana Water, Electric Power and Mining Company; articles of incorporation and annual reports to the Secretary of State; a power house and load record (1900-1905), and weekly reports (1900-1905) of agent E.I. Holland which also include interoffice correspondence.
