These records (1904-1905) of the Havre, Montana, Chief of Police consist of a letterpress book of outgoing correspondence. The correspondence is written primarily by Chief of Police, George Bickle, who also acted as poundmaster and county constable. Other correspondents include police officer Charles Crawford, who also acted as sanitary officer, collector, and street commissioner. (57:1-2)
