Outgoing correspondence in letterpress books; financial records, including abstracts of expenditures, bills and invoices, ledgers listing clothing issued, farm produce cash books, financial reports, general ledgers, inventories, journals, pensions paid, and surplus commodities books; members' (veterans) records, including member case files, denied applications, registers, monthly muster rolls of federal aid to members, and tri-monthly statistical reports; specifications and blueprints for the water on such things as the cemetery well, irrigation system, laundry, and water tank; and miscellaneous records. Correspondence is arranged chronologically, members' case files are arranged numerically, denied applications are arranged alphabetically.
